When your heart has irrevocably been taken by the most unappreciated (and under-represented) characters from the galaxy far, far away, you have to find other creative ways to passionately let the world know exactly where your loyalties lie! #NowPlaying: Across the Star...bucks.
I found a solution to this never-ending problem in the form of Brittany Hughes and her budding clothing company, Fett&Co. Hughes set out to create unique designs that would appeal to Star Wars and Disney fans alike, and knowing how avid my love for Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala is (and always will be), she wanted to create a design specifically featuring these two characters who are more often than not over-looked when it comes to the multitude of Star Wars merchandise out there in the universe. Thus the StarWarsBucks (or as I like to call it, "Across the Star...Bucks") shirt was created. Inspired by a fellow fangirl blogger's Instagram (Susan Connelly of Lightsabers and Lipsticks), we were able to come up with a design that combined our love for Star Wars, Disney AND Starbucks all into one perfect design; a hipster trifecta, if you will. Her designs are all printed on softer than soft American Apparel shirts and they make for the absolute best #OOTD's when visiting the Disney parks or spending a day out running errands which I can definitely attest to from a recent visit to Disney Springs (wearing her #SQUAD design) where the compliments were overwhelmingly gracious. You can also purchase this design featuring the ICONIC interaction between Princess Leia and her beau, Han Solo, in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. You know the one I'm talking about!
I may or may not be totally biased, but I've got this (bad) feeling that you should not miss out on this one of a kind shirt, especially if you're a lover of the star-crossed lovers from a galaxy far, far away. Brittany is constantly brain-storming brand-new designs and I can promise you that what she has in store for you is legendary! I definitely would not want to be caught sleeping on this brand if I were you; after all, you're no good to a Fett practically dead.
You can purchase this shirt (and the Han/Leia alternative) on Fett&Co's official website and you can currently find the brand on Instagram. May the force be with you!
